Sales and Special Orders

We sell all of our current and most popular products at craft fairs and by direct message. If you have seen something that you like in the Gallery section or would like to discuss a bespoke commission please use the Contacts section of the website to get in touch.

 

Packaging

GO GREEN...Please excuse what may seem just like an ugly old box or pre-used bubble wrap but we like to do our bit for recycling and to keep our costs to a minimum. We use as much recycled quality packaging as possible. It seems pointless to buy brand new boxes that although appear attractive only end up adding to the rubbish! We also try to avoid the use of excessive packaging.

 

Stock Availability and Delivery

We hold a stock of regular items at most times. Contact me to find out what's in stock. Bowls, coasters and repeated ranges may have to be made to order to keep up with demand during busy periods. If your order is in stock, it will be with you in 2-5 working days. Please allow up to 14 working days if I have to make yours to order. In any event, I will always email you to let you know the progress of your order.

 

International Orders

If you require a delivery outside the United Kingdom, please contact me via the website for a quote for postage price before ordering. Postage will be charged at cost.

 

Returns and Refunds

We are confident that you will be more than happy with your purchase. However, in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied, please contact us using the contact details provided in your order stating your intention to and reasons for returning. Then you can return your item, provided:

* It is within 7 days of receipt

* Item/s are in the original packaging

* The item/s are complete & undamaged

Before we send each order, it is thoroughly checked to ensure that all goods are in perfect condition. However if on receipt you find your goods to be faulty, we will either:

* Refund in full or

* Exchange the item

Please note that refunds or exchanges will be at our discretion.

Unless the goods are faulty, return postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

We advise that goods are returned with proof of posting.

 

Under no circumstance are we able to accept the return of earrings, in compliance with current Health & Hygiene regulations.

 

Failed Deliveries

Incomplete addresses, typographical, spelling or any errors made by you in completion of ordering may result in non-delivery. We cannot refund or assist where the error is generated by incorrect information being supplied by the client at the point of order.

 

Trade Enquiries 

Em-Art currently supplies to a selection of small shops around the United Kingdom and are looking for suitable new stockists and welcome your enquiry to stock our products
